Inside the tent wasn't as bad as I'd thought it would be. I was pretty sure it was a 6 man ten cause it had a huge main entrance and two small separate rooms opposite from each other. I looked in each room but found Annica and Vera's bags in the left one so I guessed that was ours. I climbed in to the already made pod and started unpacking a few things that I needed for the moment. I got out my sleep wear and as fast as I could got changed in to sweat pants and a vest top. I hopefully wont be needing to go back out cause I certainly was not going to be going out side only dressed in this right front of Carl, Leo and Aden. …especially Aden. I have another friend at home called Cindy and she used to tell me 'if you've got it, flaunt it!' which I strongly disagree to. And right now I'm practically in my pants and a tight vest. No way.
I started rummaging threw my bag again hoping I'd brought something to entertain me. I felt something heavy and lifted it out the bag and dropped it on the pillow. It was one of my oldest favourite books, 'shiver'. I let out a sigh knowing that this was all I was going to have to do all night until Annica and Vera were done for the night. I laid my head back against the pillow and turned on a touch and begun reading to myself only to be distracted a couple of times by a loud clatter or a thump or occasional laughing. I put the book down, flat across my chest and put my arms behind my head knowing that I'd never be able to get the slightest bit of peace for hours. I closed my eyes and considered sleeping until I heard footsteps walking toward the tent then the sound of the zip being pulled on the main door entrance. I wonder who it is. Once they were inside I could see the silhouette and it was walking toward my pod. I'm guessing Annica or Vera had came to check up on me to see if I was alright. The door to the pod opened up and Vera pop her head inside with a worried look on her face.
" you alright?" she asked as she awkwardly tried to fit threw the tiny space she'd made with undoing to zip and managed to topple head first onto Annica's sleeping bag. I couldn't help but laugh and Vera did the same.
"yeah, am good thanks" I replied sluggishly.
She raised an eye brow and asked " so… what's the problem then?" whilst swapping her sleeping bag with Annica's so that she was beside me.
" … absolutely nothing" I said with a sheepish smile. She wasn't fooled. Come to think of it, she never was, she could read me like a book.
" well… it's just, Aden" I sighed and glanced back up at her looking to see her reaction. She nodded thoughtfully, she's heard all about how he wont drop it and accept the fact I don't like him in the way I used to.
" he's still not giving up?" she asked already knowing the answer. I just nodded.
" … look, I know it's annoying but you can't let that… that…" -she searched her brain for the right word- " that… look, never mind, that's not the point, the point is your supposed to be having a good time with me and Ann, not cooped up in here reading" -she picked up the book and flipped it over- " crap about wolfs! Try Have fun!"
I winced at her choice of word though I knew she was right. I let out a sigh then remember the real reason I'd came in here. Leo.
" look, Vera, it wasn't just Aden that made me decide to come in here… granted, it was his fault" once again I glanced up at her to see how she reacted but all I saw was confusion in her eyes. She also knows about this hole business with Leo so I just sat silently and waited for her to get the message. A few seconds later it sunk in and she closed her eyes and sighed.
" Leo…" -she opened her eyes again- "what happened?" she asked, concerned now.
" nothing, just… every time I think about it, I just feel like shutting down" I glanced down at the floor now and I realized she was waiting on me to continue.
" don't you see?" I asked desperately " I love him far to much, a lot more than I should… and it hurts to remember he'll never ever feel the same way…." I trail off and to my surprise I saw a tear drop down and hit my leg.
" ah, no, honey" she cooed and leaned over to hug me.
" I know it sounds like a load of rubbish to you, but believe me… it's just so damn hard!" I was ruining her brand me t-shirt with salt water and I felt bad for putting this all on Vera, but she was the only one I knew for certain I could trust. I pulled away.
" I'm sorry, this isn't fair on you, you shouldn't have to sit and listen to my crap" I babbled, then sunk in a few deep breaths to stop the water works.
" no! not at all!" she exclaimed then pulled me in for another quick hug. She then pulled away as she heard the rest of them coming in.
" if you ever want to talk to someone, you know exactly who to talk to" she whispered with a wink and with that smiled I loved to see her wear.
" thanks…" I whispered back and we smiled at each other for a short second before Annica came bursting in, giving me a fright, and over to her sleeping bag.
" oh, Bell, are u alright?" she asked with worry coving her face the second she noticed that I'd red patches on my eye's from the crying.
" oh, I'm fine, in fact I'm more than fine, I'm great" I said while smiling over to Vera then back to Annica.
" oh… alright then" she said smiling back.
I moved back over to where my sleeping bag was and wriggled my way through.
"night night" Vera said softly.
"sleep tight" Annica whispered.
" hope the bed bugs don't bite!" Vera then said and I couldn't help but lean up and going,
" oh dear g- were all 16, are you guys ever gonna grow up?"
" nope" they both answered at the exact same time and i laughed quietly to myself as i let my head hit the pillow.

Bipolar Disorder
Dear everybody,
I’m not just moody.
I have Bipolar Disorder.
I don’t choose to have this unbearable depression,
Where I sob uncontrollably and the most unpredictable times.
A sadness that paints your entire mind,
And drips
Down into your soul.
And you don’t know when it’s suddenly going to
Change.
Change, from being a terrifying unhappiness,
To being such a fantastic happiness
So spectacular,
That you can’t even connect your thoughts with your own brain.
Where you challenge the world,
Because you feel bigger than a speck of dust for
The first time in your
Life.
And then?
It changes.
It changes from being such an
